On September 1st, 2003, the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (http://www.fmprc.gov.cn) takes on new looks after a major renovation.

The new website still features six language versions, which are Chinese (both simple and traditional), English, French, Russian, Spanish and Arab. Adjustment has been made both in terms of formality and content. We hope that the new powerful navigation system and search engine will make our website more user-friendly.

Since its initial launching in 1998, the website has undergone three major renovations. It has now become an authoritative government website on Chinese foreign policy, news and information on China's diplomacy.
