At the invitations of Mustafa Osman Ismail, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Sudan, Souef Mohamed El-amine, Minister of State for Foreign Affiars and Cooperation of the Union of Comoros, Ali Abdi Farah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Djibouti, James Wapakabulo, Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uganda, Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing will pay an official visit to the four countries from 4 to 10 January 2004.
